At All & Sundry Therapy, we’re building a small, thoughtful team of Behaviour Support Practitioners who care about doing this work well.
We provide Positive Behaviour Support across the NSW South Coast — from Wollongong to Eden — as well as Penrith and the Blue Mountains, and we’re especially interested in hearing from practitioners based in, or willing to travel across, the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, the Bega Valley. We’re also open to conversations with practitioners further afield where there is a strong values fit and a practical way to work together.
Our work is face-to-face, person-centred, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. We believe behaviour support should be developed with people and their support networks — not simply written about them. That means taking the time to understand the person, their environment, their communication, their relationships and the real-world contexts where support actually happens.
If you’re looking for a role where quality matters more than volume, where clinical reasoning is valued, and where relationships are central to the work, we’d love to hear from you.
All & Sundry Therapy is a small, community-minded NDIS behaviour support provider working across regional and coastal NSW. We are practitioner-led and grounded in real-world disability practice.
We support people with complex needs by working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, schools, support workers, accommodation providers, allied health professionals and other key people in the person’s life.
Our approach is grounded in:
We are not trying to become the biggest provider. We are trying to be a provider known for thoughtful, ethical and useful behaviour support.
We’re looking to connect with Behaviour Support Practitioners who may be interested in subcontract, contract or flexible working arrangements with All & Sundry Therapy.
This may suit you if you:
We are particularly interested in practitioners who understand that Behaviour Support Plans are not just compliance documents. They should help people feel understood, supported and safer in their everyday lives.
We prioritise genuine connection with participants, families and support teams. We believe trust is part of the intervention.
We want practitioners to have the time and support to think deeply, write well and deliver plans that are practical, respectful and useful.
Our work is grounded in local communities across the NSW South Coast. We value practitioners who understand regional practice and the realities of delivering support outside major metropolitan areas.
We aim to understand distress and behaviour in context — with curiosity, respect and compassion.
We value supervision, peer reflection, shared learning and continuous improvement.
Our plans are designed to be implemented by real people in real environments — homes, schools, workplaces, supported accommodation and community settings.
We’d love to hear from practitioners who are:
You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to care about doing behaviour support in a way that is ethical, person-led and useful.
We are especially interested in practitioners based in or near:
If you’re outside these areas but feel aligned with our approach, you’re still welcome to get in touch.
