Our Vision, Mission & Values

Our Vision: Building a Future Where Support Feels Human

We envision a connected, inclusive, and educated community across the NSW South Coast, Penrith, and the Blue Mountains—where every individual, family, and carer feels confident and supported in their behavioural journey.

We're working towards a future where best practice behaviour support is delivered with genuine human connection. Where face-to-face engagement isn't seen as old-fashioned, but recognised as the foundation of trust and lasting change. Where the system doesn't strip away dignity in the name of compliance, and where support happens with people, not to them.

Our Mission: How We Make It Happen

At All and Sundry Therapy, we deliver high-quality, trauma-informed behaviour support grounded in positive psychology, evidence-based practice, and authentic human connection. We champion a face-to-face model because we believe presence creates trust, and trust fosters growth.

Our practitioners meet people where they are—literally and emotionally—working collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and broader clinical teams to co-design Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) that are realistic, empowering, and sustainable.

We honour neurodiversity and human rights in every interaction—advocating for supported decision-making and ensuring that the person at the centre of support remains the author of their own story.

Our mission extends beyond the written plan: we provide ongoing education and flexible training options to help carers, support workers, and small businesses confidently apply strategies in real-world environments.

Through this holistic, community-driven approach, we aim not only to improve outcomes for NDIS participants but also to strengthen the broader ecosystem of care that surrounds them—building capacity, confidence, and connection at every level.

Our Values: What Guides Us

These principles shape every interaction, every plan, and every decision we make:

Connection

We prioritise genuine human connection. Face-to-face engagement allows us to see the full picture, hear unspoken stories, and build trust that technology alone can't replicate.

Collaboration

We know support doesn't happen in isolation. Our model involves the whole circle—families, carers, support coordinators, and clinical professionals—working together to create plans that are practical, effective, and sustainable.

Respect

We uphold the dignity and autonomy of every person we work with. Supported decision-making isn't a process—it's a philosophy that shapes every interaction.

Neuro-affirmation

We embrace and celebrate neurodiversity. We reject deficit-based models and instead focus on understanding, acceptance, and empowerment.

Evidence and Empathy

We balance clinical expertise with compassion. Every plan is grounded in best practice but guided by the human experience behind the data.

Community

We are committed to building stronger, more connected communities. From local collaborations to carer education groups, our goal is to make behaviour support a shared, sustainable resource.

Growth

We support growth on every level—personal, professional, and communal. We invest in continuous learning, self-reflection, and innovation to keep our practice current, responsive, and impactful.

Why This Matters

We believe behaviour support should be personal, practical, and profoundly human. It’s about moving beyond plans that just look good on paper and creating living strategies that work in the real world—strategies that support teams feel confident and empowered to use every day.

That is why we believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that honours their rights, values, and voice. We know that presence creates trust, and trust fosters growth. We believe behaviour support should reconnect individuals to themselves, to others, and to the joy of meaningful progress.

Because real, lasting change happens when we show up—face-to-face, heart-to-heart, with empathy and evidence guiding every step.
