All and Sundry Therapy was born from a simple belief: that everyone deserves behaviour support that truly sees them—not as a diagnosis, a case file, or a problem to be solved, but as a whole person with their own story, strengths, and aspirations.
Founded by Elly Ball, who wanted to create a practice built on genuine connection and collaborative care, All and Sundry Therapy exists to challenge the transactional, remote model of support that has become all too common. Elly brought on her colleague Khaila from a previous role, united by their shared commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practice. As the practice grew, Goldie joined the team to bring face-to-face behaviour support to the Far South Coast, ensuring that people in regional areas had access to the same quality, person-centred care.
We believe that real connection happens face-to-face, that trust is built through presence, and that meaningful change grows from collaboration—not prescription.
Our name, "All and Sundry," reflects our inclusive philosophy: we're here for everyone. Every person, every family, every support network. We celebrate neurodiversity, honour lived experience, and walk alongside people as partners, not gatekeepers.
Principal Clinician & Senior Behaviour Support Specialist

Elly is the founder and owner of All and Sundry Therapy, establishing the practice to fill a critical gap in face-to-face behaviour support services across the South Coast. With extensive experience in the disability sector spanning multiple organisations and service models, Elly has developed a deep understanding of what truly works in collaborative behaviour support practice.
As a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Bermagui, Elly brings a trauma-informed, person-centred approach that meets people where they are. Her practice philosophy centres on working alongside participants, families, carers, and clinical supports to develop strategies that genuinely improve quality of life rather than simply managing behaviours.
Elly's commitment to supported decision-making ensures participants remain at the centre of their own support plans, with careful consideration of restrictive practices and a focus on human rights. Her approach is evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and grounded in the practical realities of everyday life.

Khaila brings extensive experience working alongside Elly in previous organisations, establishing a strong foundation of collaborative, person-centred practice. A recently qualified social worker, Khaila combines her clinical training with years of practical experience to deliver truly holistic behaviour support. Khaila was among the early practitioners to complete NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and helping establish the standards for behaviour support practice across Australia.
Based in Wollongong, Khaila provides comprehensive behaviour support across the region with a focus on evidence-based, neuro-affirming approaches that genuinely prioritise participant choice and supported decision-making. Her extensive experience includes working with individuals with complex support needs, developing practical strategies that support teams can actually implement, and ensuring behaviour support plans improve quality of life rather than simply sitting in a cupboard.
Khaila's approach combines clinical expertise with the understanding that real change happens through relationships, collaboration, and meeting people where they are in their journey.
Behaviour Support Practitioner

Goldie’s approach to behaviour support is founded on the belief that every person deserves to be seen and supported as a whole individual, not as a diagnosis or a problem to be solved. With a career in the disability sector that began in 1998, his work is driven by a commitment to genuine connection, collaborative care, and celebrating each person's unique story, strengths, and aspirations.
This philosophy is backed by over two decades of practical, feet-on-the-ground experience. Having worked in roles from front-line support in SIL and day programs to senior leadership as an Area Manager and Acting CEO, Goldie understands the sector from every angle. He knows that for a behaviour support plan to be effective, it must be practical and meaningful for the support workers who implement it and, most importantly, for the person it is designed to support.
Based in Bega, Goldie also brings a unique talent for making technology serve people, not the other way around. He challenges the often impersonal, transactional models of support by designing systems that are intuitive, simplifying people's lives and freeing up time and energy for what truly matters: building connection and fostering genuine collaboration.
Ultimately, Goldie's practice is about restoring the human element to the centre of everything he does, creating solutions that are not only effective but also respectful, practical, and built on a foundation of dignity.
If you're seeking behaviour support that is steady, collaborative, strengths-focused, and grounded in real-world environments, we're ready to walk alongside you—and the person you support.
We welcome referrals from participants, families, support coordinators, schools, and allied health teams.
